1. Agreement
By using MoreSkills (the website, any course, downloads, or related materials) you agree to these terms. If you buy a course, you also agree to our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of this agreement.
2. Who Can Use MoreSkills
- You must be 18 or older to buy a course.
- The course is provided for individual use. Your access is for one person.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR), VAT-inclusive where applicable.
- Payment is processed by Stripe or Yoco. We don't store card details.
- Standard tier: R2,997 once-off.
- Pro tier: R14,997 once-off.
- Prices may change. The price you paid stands for that purchase.
4. What "Lifetime Access" Means
- You get lifetime access to the version of the course you purchased.
- "Lifetime" means as long as MoreSkills operates and continues to offer that course version. If we ever shut the course down, our Refund Policy covers you.
- Future major versions of the course (significant rewrites or expansions) are sold separately.
- Minor updates and corrections to your purchased version are included at no extra cost.
5. Refunds
Our full refund terms are on the Refund Policy page. In short:
- Standard: 14-day no-questions-asked refund, plus a 30-day double-refund results guarantee with proof of implementation.
- Pro: 60-day no-questions-asked refund.
6. Intellectual Property
- All course content, slides, audio, prompts, templates, and downloadable resources are owned by MoreSkills or our licensors.
- You may use everything for your own work and inside your employer's organisation.
- You may NOT redistribute, resell, share login credentials, post the materials publicly, or use them to build a competing course.
- The MoreSkills name, logo, and brand are our trademarks.
7. Acceptable Use
Don't:
- Share your login or course content with people who haven't paid.
- Scrape, mirror, or republish the course in any form.
- Try to bypass paywalls or access controls.
- Use the course to do anything illegal.
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access (without refund) for any violation.
8. Third-Party Tools
MoreSkills teaches you how to use ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft 365, and other third-party products. Those products are owned and operated by their respective providers. We don't control their pricing, availability, or features. You're responsible for any subscriptions you take out with them.
9. No Income or Outcome Guarantees
Our results guarantees are about time saved, with documented proof. We don't guarantee promotions, raises, new jobs, business growth, or any specific income outcome. Anyone who promises you those things from a course is lying. Your career outcomes depend on you.
10. Disclaimers
The course is provided "as is". We make no warranty that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any specific purpose beyond what's described on the courses page. AI tools change frequently. We do our best to keep content current, but you may occasionally see outdated screenshots or model names.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoreSkills is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the course or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course.
12. Termination
You can stop using MoreSkills at any time. We may terminate access if you violate these terms. If we shut down the business, our Refund Policy protects your purchase.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes will be resolved in South African courts. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act.
14. Changes
We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be emailed to active customers. The "last updated" date below always reflects the current version.
