Emile spent twelve years as the office pleb. The guy who got the spreadsheet at 4:47 PM with "quick favour, end of day?" attached. The guy who knew everyone's manager's secretary's birthday but couldn't remember the last time he left work before 7. He was good at his job. His job was bad at him.
